After all aspects of the order have been discussed and any logos submitted to Words and Manners, an order confirmation and proof approval will be sent via email or fax.  This proof approval will contain event date, price, product, quantity, copy and ship-to address. Estimated ship date cannot be confirmed until art, proof, and payment information are received.  Please review information carefully and contact us immediately via phone, fax or email to correct any changes.  It is the customers responsibility to return the signed order confirmation within two business days. Orders will not be processed until the approved, signed confirmation is received by Words and Manners. The customer will be responsible for the cost of delays, errors, rush charges or additional freight costs  resulting in the failure to return the order confirmation within the time required. Any additional charges due to artwork and other changes will appear only on the invoice.


Please - carefully! - proof your design files during every step of the design process. Once you give the final written approval of your design, Words and Manners is not responsible for formatting and/or typographical errors on the final product. No changes are permitted after the order has been placed as items are often produced within 24 hours of placing order. All errors, including spelling, punctuation, layout, format, type-style, and/or wording, are the full responsibility of the client. No exceptions. If you should choose to reprint due to errors of any kind, you are responsible for 100 percent of the reprint costs, materials, reproduction, labor costs and freight charges.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Invitations and stationary orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit when the order is placed. The balance is due upon shipping.  Payment for promotional products and etiquette training will be discussed at time of initial consultation.


Printed, Imprinted, Engraved, Embroidered and Personalized products can not be changed or cancelled after the confirmation and proof approval have been signed and the order placed. After approval of the confirmation and proof, no refunds will be issued. 


We are unable to accept returns for custom printed orders. Proofs are provided to the customer with each printed order for review and final approval before printing. By approving the order, the customer is agreeing that the product is ready to print and accepts all responsibility for any errors or omissions. 

Words and Manners and our manufacturers, process an extremely high volume of orders daily. If there is an issue with the product, please contact us immediately.We are unable to assist the customer in correcting a problem if the order is refused or returned to the manufacturer. We will discuss the situation with the customer and will issue an RMA number if the product needs to be returned to Words and Manners. No replacement, credit or refund can be issued if Words and Manners is not contacted.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability, or other conditions. We will do our best to inform you of any delay in shipping your order.
